John is originally from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas. For the past eight years, John has lived in Los Angeles. In addition to a successful fitness model career, he is a personal trainer for many of the biggest names in the entertainment business.
John was feature din Cosmopolitan Magazine’s Bachelor of the Year Contest. He was chosen out of thousands of entrants to represent only one of the 12 men as the Cosmopolitan Bachelor. He has also been featured on 14 magazine covers (three times on the cover of Muscle & Fitness) as well as numerous fitness advertising campaigns and calendars.
His hobbies include snowboarding, surfing, paintball and scuba diving.
