Any such violation of these Terms & Conditions will not be tolerated and may result in permanent restrictions placed upon the account and/or IP address of the offending user with no compensation or refund of any kind. We reserve the right, at our discretion and as required by law, to disclose to third parties (including by not limited to involved parties, their legal representation, and law enforcement agencies) any information related to violations of these Terms & Conditions without prior authorization from the offenders involved.

Cancellations

Membership cancellation requests will be considered only if made within three (3) calendar days of the original membership purchase and is always at the sole discretion of Customer Service based on the user's usage history of the provided service(s). All approved membership cancellations will be refunded in full to the user's original payment method only, and usually will appear as a credit back within ten (10) or less business days.
